Appointment and Cancellation Policies

AviClear is the future of clear skin.

To ensure YOU get the best care from our providers, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours advanced notice is given to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

BOOKING DEPOSIT: $100

This prepaid fee will be applied towards your treatment. If you cancel your appointment with sufficient notice, more than 48 hours and no services are rendered, this $100 deposit will become an account credit good for 12 months from date collected and may be redeemed towards products or services. Prepaid or package visits require a $100 deposit to schedule visits. At service completion, the booking deposit is refundable.

CANCELLATION FEE: $100

We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, a non-refundable $100 fee will be charged and collected from your deposit.

NO-SHOW FEE: $100

Failure to show for your appointment without any notice is considered a “No-Show” and will result in a charge of $100. You’re booking deposit will be forfeited to cover this fee. No-Show patients will be asked to pre-pay 100% of the service to book subsequent appointments.

PRODUCTS & RETURNS: NON-REFUNDABLE

Unopened, sealed products may be EXCHANGED within 7 days of purchase. No refunds will be made. Opened products or packages with a broken seal are ineligible for exchange and considered a Final Sale

TREATMENTS & SERVICES: NON-REFUNDABLE

All treatments, procedures and/or prepaid packages are non-refundable. Packages are non-transferable and must be used within one year from date of purchase. We will work with you to resolve any issues with unused/partially used packages; however, any accommodations made will be at the full cost/value of treatment, not at promotional or package pricing.

INSUFFICIENT FUNDS/CHARGEBACKS: $50 FEE
