Cancellation and No-Show Policy for Dermalogic Laser Center

Your visit time is reserved just for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments make it hard for patients on our waitlist to be seen. Please give 48 hours’ (2 days)  notice for aesthetic procedures,  consultations,  quick touch-ups or follow-ups.

Cancellation Fee for Appointments Cancelled Less Then 2 Days Prior To Appointment Date –  50% of the scheduled service cost.

No-Show Fee – 100% of the scheduled service cost, or a minimum of 150 dollars, whichever is greater.

How it works
We keep a card on file to secure appointments. Fees are charged ONLY when notice is not given within the policy window. Deposits and vouchers already taken or banked in your account are applied to the service day-of or forfeited if the appointment is missed or cancelled late. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

We review each situation individually. Please call the office to make us aware of what happened. Please notify us as soon as you can.

How to cancel
Call, or text us any time. After-hours voicemail, and text count based on the time stamp we receive. Our confirmation and reminder texts are automated and may not arrive exactly 48 hours before your visit. They are a courtesy, not the trigger for the policy window. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly; the applicable notice period is measured from when you reach out, not when a reminder is sent.

PRODUCTS & RETURNS: NON-REFUNDABLE

Unopened, sealed products may be EXCHANGED within 7 days of purchase. No refunds will be made. Opened products or packages with a broken seal are ineligible for exchange and considered a Final Sale

TREATMENTS & SERVICES: NON-REFUNDABLE

All treatments, procedures and/or prepaid packages are non-refundable. Packages are non-transferable and must be used within one year from date of purchase. We will work with you to resolve any issues with unused/partially used packages; however, any accommodations made will be at the full cost/value of treatment, not at promotional or package pricing.

INSUFFICIENT FUNDS/CHARGEBACKS: $150 FEE
