A board-certified physician with over 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Krachman founded Dermalogic Laser Center in 2006 to offer a more thoughtful, personalized approach to aesthetics. Her philosophy — “less is more, and natural is best” — guides the practice’s every decision. Known for her multi-modality treatments and artistic eye, Dr. Krachman blends science and aesthetics to create balanced, beautiful results that never look overdone.
With over sixteen years of nursing experience, including fourteen and a half years in the neonatal intensive care unit and the past three years at Dermalogic, Margaret brings a strong clinical foundation and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. As a certified provider in dermal filler and neuromodulator administration, like Botox Cosmetic®, she has continued to build her expertise through hands-on training and advanced aesthetic conferences to stay up to date with the latest techniques, products, and most importantly, safety protocols. She believes that patient safety and well-being are the cornerstones of quality care and lives by the medical principle of “do no harm.”
Margaret is passionate about health and wellness and believes that looking good helps you feel your best. Her aesthetic approach focuses on subtle, natural enhancements that leave you looking refreshed—not overdone. She takes a personalized, holistic approach to care, tailoring each treatment to the individual.
Outside of Dermalogic, Margaret is a wife and mother of two energetic children, KJ (9) and Ruby (7). She enjoys exercising and spending time with family and friends. She just obtained her Master of Science in Nursing and has graduated as a Family Nurse Practitioner in August 2025.
Amanda is a licensed aesthetician with over twenty years of experience in both dermatology practices and medical spas. A graduate of the Rizzieri Aveda School, Amanda is certified in microneedling, Vivace RF microneedling, medical-grade chemical peels, laser hair removal, and more. Her extensive knowledge of medical-grade skincare allows her to create tailored treatment plans that produce visible, lasting results.
Outside of work, Amanda lives in a cozy log cabin with her husband, two adorable dogs (Dutton and Kayce), and her cat, Wink. She brings the same warmth and joy to her practice that she does to her home life — and it shows in every patient interaction.

Julia is a licensed esthetician with extensive experience in the skincare industry and a strong focus on personalized skin care. A graduate of Rizzieri Aveda School in 2023, Julia is excited to bring her passion and expertise to Dermalogic. She is deeply committed to building meaningful connections with her clients, helping them look and feel their absolute best. As an acne expert, Julia specializes in creating customized treatment plans to target acne, improve skin health, and restore confidence. She believes that healthy, radiant skin is achievable with the right care and a personalized approach.
Dedicated to staying current with the latest treatments, products, and industry trends, she ensures each client receives results-driven care tailored to their goals. Her specialties include chemical peels, DiamondGlow treatments, and dermaplaning. Julia is also skilled in brow laminations, lash lifts, and tints.
